Q: What is the Maintenance Program?
A: Home owners of the SUMMIT community enjoy a carefree lifestyle and the extensive carefree maintenance program which includes:
- Seasonal planting
- Lawns fertilized seasonally
- Lawns mowed on a regular scheduled
- Mulching of shrub and flower beds
- Gutters cleaned on a regular schedule
- Snow shoveled and cleared right up to your front door and garage
- Seasonal exterior window cleaning
Additionally, homes and driveways are designed with low maintenance materials. Since everything is new, you'll enjoy many years of low maintenance living. Condo-minium owners have all outside maintenance and indoor halls, indoor common parking and elevators including painting taken care of by the association.

Q: What does the Condominium Association fee cover?
A:
In general, it covers the cost of operating and maintaining the amenities including reserves for long-term replacement of the common community facilities. The fees also cover the maintenance program, landscaping of common areas and grounds, maintenance of any nature, fitness trails, The Athletic Club and the professional management of the Association. All home owners belong to the Association. The board of directors determines the fees and payment schedules.
Q: Are pets permitted at the SUMMIT?
A:
Yes, standard domestic pets are welcome to be a part of the community.
Q: May I rent my home while not in residence?
A:
Yes. Typically renters must lease the home for a minimum of 6 months. Renters must comply with all the rules and regulations as established by the community and the Condominium Association Documents.
Q: How can I personalize my home?
A:
The SUMMIT wants you to have the home of your dreams. Our homes offer the finest in comfort and style and are designed with easy living in mind.
Once you have moved into your home, if you want to make any further changes to the outside of your home, you will need to follow the architectural design and review process of the Condominium Association. This ensures that the community maintains its quality image and protects each owner's investment. You can make any reasonable changes to the inside of your home, but check with the community manager to be sure.
THE SUMMIT AT SHILOH Athletic Club, a private club, is owned by you and by the other owners at THE SUMMIT AT SHILOH and it is operated exclusively for your enjoyment and your guests.
